Bad reviews removed, Guaranteed.
We find the reviews that break Google's policies, document the violation, and file until they're gone.
Trusted by 100+ businesses fighting back against fake reviews
0% of consumers avoid a business after reading something negative about it online.
Every review, every article, every search result… That's your first impression. Publish the truth. Erase the violations. Suppress the noise. Observe the rest.
The process
How it works.
- Step 1
We read every review.
Connect your Google Business Profile. Our policy engine scores every review against the content categories Google uses to decide what qualifies for removal.
- Step 2
We find the ones that break the rules.
Each flagged review comes with a written rationale: which rule it breaks, and why Google's team will agree. You see the reasoning before we file.
- Step 3
We file through Google's official channel.
No back-channel contact, no tricks. Every submission goes through Google's own report flow with documentation strong enough for a reviewer to act on.
- Step 4
If the first pass comes back denied, we escalate.
Denied reports get re-filed with additional evidence. Complex cases go to appeals. For content that crosses into legal territory, we coordinate with counsel. You see the status at every stage.
Honest criticism stays. Policy-violating reviews don't.
Google only removes reviews that break its published rules.
What we can file for removal
Fake engagement
Bot accounts, impersonators, incentivized reviews, review mills. If the reviewer had no real experience with your business, it qualifies.
Conflict of interest
Posted by current or former employees, competitors, or anyone with a business stake in what you do.
Off-topic rants
Complaints about politics, traffic, or the wrong business. Anything not actually about the experience they had with yours.
Personal attacks or harassment
Threats, slurs, or targeting a specific employee by name.
Misleading or defamatory claims
Provably false statements about your services, hours, prices, or practices. Documented with the facts that disprove them.
Restricted or inappropriate content
Sexually explicit material, illegal content, or photos that violate Google's image policies. These Google removes outright.
What we can't
Honestly negative reviews
If the experience was bad and the review says so accurately, that review stays up. That's not our job.
Fair criticism
Pointing out a real flaw in your service isn't a policy violation. Treat it as feedback, not something to file on.
Truthful competitor preference
A reviewer who says they preferred a different business is within their rights to say so.
Silent one-stars
A low rating with no written content is almost never removable on its own. We need something to document.
Reviews you just disagree with
Disagreement isn't grounds for removal. Platforms side with the reviewer on subjective takes.
Very old reviews
Google's response rate drops sharply on reviews past its typical action window, even when a policy violation is obvious.
